Asheville NC, our home base, was devastated by hurricane Helene on Friday Sept 27th . Massive flooding and high winds knocked out power, communications and water supply infrastructure for most of WNC. Our community is slowly recovering.

Cyclebitz Online is operational again since Friday Oct 4th. We are shipping orders daily.
The Cyclebitz Retail Store is open, short staffed and operating on winter hours. See our About Us page.
Although we lost all motorcycle tourism business, the local riding community has been very supportive.

How can you help?
We are not asking for a handout but if you do value having a local independent shop available and staying in business, perhaps the motorcycle related purchases you were going to make anyway online elsewhere, could be placed either online with us or at our shop. If we can, we will price match.

Frequently Asked Questions


Your site says "In Stock" or "Available". So is it in stock?

Yes, "In Stock" means the item is in stock. But let's explain.
Like many online retailers, we show our own inventory as well as the inventory from several distribution centers spread out over the US. So "In Stock" can be, but does not automatically mean, in stock at our NC Cyclebitz location.
Typically we would ship your order from the closest warehouse near you or, if you prefer to pick up at our store, we will advise you on local inventory availability or provide you with an ETA.

"Available or Available to order" means the item is available to order but is currently not showing inventory in our system. This can have many reasons. We will advise on ETA after your order is placed, giving you the option to keep your item(s) reserved or cancel the order.

Placing your order, for shipping or pickup, ensures the item gets reserved from available inventory. Even when currently no inventory is available, reserved or back-ordered items always receive first come first served top-priority.

Can I see Shipping Cost before I place my order?

Absolutely. Add the item to cart. Click on Edit Cart. Under Order Summary, on the Shipping line, look for the Estimate link. Click the link, pick your state and enter zip code. For shipping cost outside the US, leave on Outside US, pick your country and provide requested info.

What are Restrictions on Free Shipping?

First .. there is no such thing as Free Shipping. It only means the vendor had to absorb the cost.
While the majority of products, on our site, are set to receive Free Shipping (within the US48), some restrictions do apply. Deeply discounted items, closeout items or products where we simply do not have sufficient margin, are excluded. Oversize and bulky items, tires or shipments over 25lb are excluded as well. However, we always strive to minimize cost for our customers. If we can ship for less than the website calculated, we will refund the difference.

Can I place my order and pick up at the Asheville store?

Yes, you can. Choose the Pick Up Cyclebitz shipping option. When the order is received, we will contact you with a time and date to pick up. The item may be in stock at the store or we may have to move it here from another warehouse.

Do you ship to my country - overseas?

1) This will depend on the item(s) you wish to purchase. In some cases we are prohibited to ship a certain item or brand abroad or we may have placed a restriction on certain items, such as tires. 
2) YES we do ship all non-restricted products worldwide but we have no control over high shipping costs charged by carriers. It is expensive to ship anything from the USA to destinations outside of North America. In addition to high shipping cost, you will have to pay a mix of import duties and fees upon receipt of your parcel.
3) Instead of shipping directly, consider using a parcel consolidator service like www.myus.com or others. They will provide you with your own USA based shipping address which you NEED TO ADD* as a valid address to your credit card or Paypal prior to ordering.
(* A very important step to avoid order processing delays or canceled orders)

Do I need to set up an account with you?

No, an account is not required, but why would you not?
Apart from the usual stuff like order history and tracking, a free account automatically gives you access to Reward Points Earned, real money you can use to pay for any future orders. Being signed in also allows you to use Coupon codes, when available.

COUPONS - How do I take advantage of available coupons?

To use one of our coupon codes when available, generally we will require you to be signed in to your account. It's a Member Benefit, and it's FREE so just sign in.
Add item(s) to cart - Click on Edit Cart or Checkout - Be signed in! - Look for the Promo Code field in Order Summary - Enter the coupon code and click Apply. The discount will be displayed in the basket screen if the product or basket is eligible. Coupon code discounts do not apply to already discounted or Closeout Sale items.
IMPORTANT Coupon codes, if any, will ONLY be available either displayed on the Cyclebitz site or shared with you via email. Coupon codes from outside sources or sites are NOT VALID ... ever.

Where do you ship from?

We ship daily from our NC location or, if possible or necessary, from a warehouse closer to you. That is, within the 48 continental US states.

I do not have Paypal, how can I checkout and pay?

Simply click on the Debit or Credit Card button and check out as you would on any other site.

What about Product Warranty?

Most products are covered under a manufacturers limited warranty. Warranty coverage is provided at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. It is never the retailer providing warranty coverage. Contact us if you have a product issue and believe it should be covered under warranty. We are here to help and will do our best to assist in any way possible.

Is Earth really flat?
