Stainless steel coated metal U-bolt base accommodates rails in from 1" to 1.25" in diameter with a 1" B size ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail. Base includes black cover caps to be placed over the exposed ends of the U-bolt. 3" double socket arm includes a 1" B size ball diamond base with AMPS 2-hole pattern measuring 2.43" x 1.31"
